DRB - Rigid fire protection enclosure

Daken rigid fire protection system which comply with UL1709 and ISO22899-1 is a robust passive fire protection solution that can meet the demanding fire protection requirements of hydrocarbon pool fire and jet fire process equipment protection. The valve and actuator fire protection metal box provides long-term fire protection. The Daken rigid shell passive fire protection system can be installed on valves, actuators, air tanks, instrument panels, and other key control equipment to ensure that switches can be controlled and protected in the event of a fire.

The Daken rigid box fire protection system has been widely used in onshore and offshore oil, gas, and petrochemical facilities worldwide, capable of withstanding the most severe fire conditions. The outer material of the rigid box fire protection system is stainless steel, which will not be affected by petrochemical environment, subzero ambient temperatures, or sunlight ultraviolet radiation. The interior is composed of hydrophobic alkaline earth silicate fiber (AES) composite material, which meets the specific requirements of customers with the optimal thickness. Any manufacturing material is nonflammable and does not require maintenance of the Daken system.
